a few things for people who have better legalese than me: a) if they say that the price was corrected within 24hours of dec31st, does that mean that the price I was given on my order confirmation dated the 5th of jan is OK? b) The autoreply mail includes ... Below is a summary of the items on your order. Please keep this message as your receipt of the purchase. YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A COPY OF THIS MESSAGE IF YOU EVER NEED WARRANTY SERVICE. if I have a receipt, then their analogy of taking goods to a till means I've "paid" for them? (yes, I know no money has been charged yet) c) My on-line status of the order still shows it as "processing" from a consumer point of view, is this significant?
