Matrox Millenium 2MB video card. Voodoo 1 3D card. Will play Quake 1, (and 2 IIRC), Tomb Raider 2, 3 (struggles with TR4 but is playable) and games with similar requirements. Yamaha soundcard. Uses OPL3-SAx drivers. US Robotics Sportster 28.8 modem. Internal, ISA bus. I'm looking for another hard drive if anyone has one spare.
