Exactly. Neither my wife nor I drive, neither of us has a current passport, I don't even have an expired one. I have three bits of photo ID.
1) A KGB ID Card that I bought off some Ruskis
2) My Firstbus cheap bus card
3) My employer's card which has a pic and mentions my name
It makes getting an internal flight a bit of a bugger at the moment
