First, I'd find someone else for my utility supply.

Second, I'd ask him about the "security features" that he's talking about, obviously 
there's several things that they know that we don't!

Oh, and www.scottishpower.co.uk is IIS5.0 based, ahhh..."people in glass houses".

I really think you need to push him on the "security features" that he alludes to...
