It`s cool, you were right. The kernel had failed during compiling and I hadnt noticed. I had to upgrade the kernel to the newest version and it runs now, but it runs everything in 1024x768. Even if I specify another resolution, it just fills the rest of the screen with black, aargh And I still need to get my sound working. Thanks Allan
