Dunno about speed, but uklinux.net do free webhosting for
www.username.uklinux.net. If you want them to do all the DNS and stuff
you need silver or better. I use them for www.oytscotland.org.uk [gold
level] and they seem OK.
Advantages - mysql thrown in.
- create your own cgi scripts.
- PHP / SHTML / Perl possible
Disadvantages - feels like a 2 man operation.
