You will be excellent with PHP and Apache Cocoon and brave enough to confidently tackle EJB for JBoss. - and of course you will know your way around Linux. You do not need to especially experienced but you must be self-motivated and reliable. I can offer money (at a sensible daily rate) and a relaxed working relationship with a long term future in developing some really cool stuff.
