May I recommend the netgear FA511 card, works a treat.

There is also a dlink card which I had but gave away, can't remember the
model number but it was cracking, had a real modem and ethernet on
different sockets, didnt even need to compile new pcmcia-cs and it
worked with the the linuxbbc rescude disk i had.
