Settings | Configure Kmail | Identities
  create a New or Modify an existing identity
in the Advanced tab
  the Change button will display your key-ring and let you assocciate one of
your keys with that identity.

Don't use more keys than you can remember the passphrses for! (although you 
can have the same passphrase for more than one key)
