I have Skype installed, and had a bit of a look, but I haven't really used
it yet (and I don't have a headset).
It looks pretty good though.
A FOSS alternative would appear to be PhoneGAIM (www.phonegaim.com) which
adds VoIP functionality to GAIM, and is sponsored by Michael
Robertson/Lin[dows|spire]
