Classifications on Concept and Service are not saved and not retreived.
Attached to this issue a test which shows that whan retreiving a Concept
(TModel with CategoryBag) the classifications are missing. Then, saving a
Concept with a Classification ---> nothing in CategoryBag.
Also provided a TCPMonitor file. The missing code is in JAXR<--->UDDI helper
classes.
