Thank you Roland.

So, if I am reading this correctly, you get rid of the PhantomJS library 
(which does my JS rendering) and we are replacing it with Splash, which 
also does JS rendering.

Ah, I think I looked into this originally and don't believe it runs on 
Windows.

Seems it does, but they are Linux images.
I guess I would have to install my files into the docker instance, just not 
clear on how that part works.
