Those are both target's directories, ie. it is a problem with your rootstrap or the script which installed you that rootstrap, not a Scratchbox specific issue.

If you're developing in the Maemo environment, you could install the dev package using fakeroot, ie.

fakeroot apt-get install libglib2.0-dev

If that won't solve the issue, someone in Maemo's mailinglists might know...

P.S. I have glib default with my Scratchbox 0.9.8. and I install the scratchbox apophis r4 from the install script.
