Did you see this: http://scratchbox.org/documentation/user/scratchbox-1.0/html/installdoc.html#AEN348 There are precompiled sbrshd binaries shipped with the Scratchbox toolchains. They are located under /scratchbox/device_tools. Pick one that matches your target environment (= probably the one shipped with the toolchain you intend to use).
