There is, but it's quite a bit of work.
I guess the starting point would be to have scratchbox built on top of
debian squeeze and then upgrading all the software components to match
squeeze versions.
Lately I've been chopping off core to smaller pieces, so it could be as
generalized as possible and the maintainance of a single component
wouldn't be such a burden.
However, there's still a lot to do, in both of minimizing the core and
upgrading it.
