How to reproduce:
Ctrl-A |
Ctrl-A :resize Ctrl-J
It says "resize # lines:" on the prompt instead of "resize # columns:", but it
does resize columns (and not lines) as expected.
Root cause is a missing fallback when an explicit axis (-h/-v/-b) is not
supplied.
Patch attached.
