Screenlet package called "TomboyOneDotOh" which fixes the problem addressed by this bug. Install the package in the usual way, using the Screenlets Manager. The patched Screenlet has a different name and version number, so it shouldn't conflict with future versions of TomboyScreenlet which may arrive with updates to the 'screenlets' Ubuntu package. It will show up in the upper section of the "Launch Screenlet" tray icon menu, along with any other third-party screenlets you have installed.
When this bug gets fixed in the Ubuntu package, just switch over to using the built-in "Tomboy" screenlet again and delete "TomboyOneDotOh" from ~/.screenlets (see also: http://screenlets.org/index.php/FAQ#How_do_I_reset_the_settings_for_a_single_screenlet.3F). The package file also happens to include the patch for /usr/share/screenlets/Tomboy/TomboyScreenlet.py, submitted previously. ** Attachment added: "Updated TomboyScreenlet which can be installed in private ~/.screenlets directory for compatibility with Tomboy >=1.0.0" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/50771346/TomboyOneDotOhScreenlet-0.1.1.tar.gz -- Tomboy screenlet uses wrong (old) notes directory for Tomboy 1.0.0 https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/597252 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Screenlets Dev Team, which is subscribed to Screenlets. _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~screenlets-dev Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~screenlets-dev More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
