Public bug reported:
1. It produces transparent tooltips, which make the text unreadable in
some cases. See the screenshot of Feedreader attached.
2. Tooltip background color and style differs from system default. This
is visually annoying and definitely not just a matter of taste.
Maybe there's some way to use default GTK tooltips instead of drawing
them from zero.
