It lags when i run Movie Player (which i think is Totem), Miro and even
mini/maximizing firefox(4.0rc1) is laggy(actually all windows for that
matter)... it's visible by starting and stopping digiclock from the manager
and in between doing the tasks mentioned earlier.

First, what tool can i use to track the resource use of the process? And
what is the actual process called?
