Public bug reported:
I use a custom icon theme, so the default icon theme is found in
~/.icons. screenlets.svg and screenlets-tray.svg are not installed into
this location and the program is unable to find them and refuses to
start. Adding screenlets.svg to ~/.icons allows screenlets manager to
open, but the daemon will not start until screenlets-tray.svg is added
as well.
