I believe it's a bug. Intended behaviour is to always prefer the version
in ~/.screenlets to versions under /usr/share/screenlets. There is an
addiotional thing with checking if the version in ~/.screenlets is newer
or older, but it seems this doesn't work right either. Thanks for the
report.
