Public bug reported:
If there is problem with screenlet startup and screenlet doesn't start
up, manager doesn't delete screenlet name from
/tmp/screenlets/screenlets.USER.running. Because of that, those
screenlets will be shown under "Running screenlets" in screenlet manager
until their name is not manually deleted from
/tmp/screenlets/screenlets.USER.running or until whole file is deleted.
