Public bug reported:
I tried to put the things that seem to appear on all Screenlets
together, and put the buttons on top so that they would maintain a
static position even if there are no themes installed for a particular
screenlet.
This also makes it easier to get straight to the settings of the
screenlet, while maintaining the about information.
