If I remember my theory, you shouldn't have to change anything. Your printer will only draw a max 100 mA according to the original power supply. Although the new one can provide up to 300 mA all that means is you have more headroom if the printer needs more current.
The power supply does not force the device to a current level, it only provides as much as the device needs.
