That's easy.  Get the Yamaha 16x10x40x.  It rips audio at the full 40x.   I
have it, and I can rip an entire CD in less than 3 minutes.  It takes me
less than 5 to burn one.  I never use my 48x CD drive anymore.  The burner
actually is faster.  I'm thinking about taking it out of the machine.
