[Scribus] Import of ISO-8859-2 text incorrect - SOLVED

Hi Franz,

I've just downloaded the Scribus' CVS, compiled and installed.

I found a new button of selecting encoding in Open File Dialog and 
it behaves really super and works perfectly.
