[Scribus] Hello the list (help)

I am a new french user of scribus, i try to write english.

I have a crash when i import an image of 40 mo. ( tif, bmp, etc...)

distri : mandrake 9.1 atlon xp2400, 256 ddr, swap 256mo, scribus 1.10. 
Qt3 upgraded, etc ...
