Two different ways: 1) If you have CUPS support, you can choose N-up in the CUPS Option panel directly from Scribus. File > Print > Options N-Up printing. 2) If you do not have CUPS support, but have KDE and kprinter, you can export a PDF, open it in Acrobat Reader use kprinter, in place of lpr as your printer and choose that in the kprinter options.
