Not sure.. i dont use Quark, if its part of the paragraph style then
this does not exist yet.

Try running Scribus from the command line. I expect you will see some
errors about not finding a plugin. How did you install Scribus?

Tools, Scrapbook should help you out. Theres no way at this point to
have space around a page. You can send items to the Scrapbook for
storage and bring them back when required.
