What is the easiest way to change the page size?

I have a (long and complex) document that's currently laid out on
8.5x11 inch pages, and I need to change it to 8.0x10.665 inch pages,
preferably without changing the margins; i.e. I want to have the same
"printed area" on my new smaller pages as I have on my current large
pages.  The margins are wide enough on the larger pages so they should
still fit onto the smaller pages.
