Hi Uri, I'm forwarding your mail to the Scribus mailing list, so expect a more thorough responce in short :-) For now, according to this document: http://docs.scribus.net/index.php?lang=en&sm=setup&page=fonts3 at least Hebrew is well supported and right to left writing is enabled in Scribus.
