If you didn't install the development headers for LittleCMS, Scribus won't have been able to compile its colour management support. You will need to re-run `./configure', `make', and `make install' after installing the lcms development headers. If you use current 1.2.2cvs, you will find the feedback on why colour management can not be used has been significantly improved. It might be a good idea to try out 1.2.2cvs for that reason, and there are lots of bug-fixes too. Snapshot tarballs are provided on www.scribus.net. I'm not sure the snapshot has been updated to include the colour management feedback changes yet, as they were only included very recently. Peter? -- Craig Ringer
