[Scribus] Hyphenator

Would it be possible to create an interface where a user can enter 
custom hyphenation rules prior to 1.6.x? I'm not talking about the 
current, rather limited, dialog (1.2.x). I'm talking about saving 
hyphenation /styles/, including custom word-lists. Such a thing is 
available in Mellel ( http://www.redlers.com/mellel.html ), but Mellel 
is not a layout app. :)
