I got another post which pointed into the same direction. The I was playing around a little bit with the gs versions, and then it worked. Maybe the error was in a manually compiled gs-afpl (without checkinstall on debian) so the the programs got mixed up. I entered the path to the version installed with apt and then everything went fine. But I wonder why the pdf-Export with the manual-compiled version went fine - but never mind, it's working now.
