[Scribus] installing scribuss 1.2

I'm trying to install scribus 1.2. on Mandrake 10.1 kernel 2.6 (I think)
When I try to install qt3.3 from rpm I get the next message:
[root at localhost Qt]# rpm -Uvh qt-3.3.3-8.i386.rpm
warning: qt-3.3.3-8.i386.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NOKEY, key ID 4f2a6fd2
error: Failed dependencies:
         /etc/ld.so.conf.d is needed by qt-3.3.3-8

I'm not sure what ld.so.conf.d is. I created an empty directory named 
ld.so.conf.d but I get the same error.

What should I do?
