[Scribus] How to compile scribus with different ts file

Hi all,

I have slightly changed the German version of the ts file and wanted to 
compile scribus 1.2.3cvs with that file for testing purposes. Scribus 
does compile without problems, but none of the changes appear in the 
GUI. Does scribus automatically import values from 1.2.2.1 or did I 
something wrong.

Any help would be appreciated.
