Yes, but this means doing a page (or more) for each html file. and with my system there is no practical way to duplex. That is a lot of paper. I need an all-in-one-piece pdf that I can do evens and odds via acrobat reader. Here is what I am doing at the moment: I printed out menu.xml to get the correct sequence of the html bits and pieces.
