[Scribus] Can't fill in values on "Properties"

Hi,

I just went my first steps with Scribus.

But if I try to modify a form on the properties dialog, the values are
switching to "0.000 mm". Even the arrow up/down doesn't work.

I first thought that it is a bug of the Ubuntupackage and compiled Version
1.3.3.2 on my own, but it doesn't work, too.

Who is able to tell me where I do the thing wrong.
