Hello Jean, > If Scribus has been executed before GhostScript installation, desinstalling > and reinstalling it won't help. If this is not the case, you have to either: > - set the complete path to GhostScript in preferences (eg: C:/Program > Files/gs/8.53/bin/gswin32c.exe)
That was the problem. I didn't think of this 'cause there was 'gswin32c.exe' already in the box, so I thought it was all correct. Perhaps this should be changed in future releases. I believe, file explorer dialogs can be filtered by default; it might be a good idea to provide some filters for the most common gs variants (if there are more than one) to show the user the name of the .exe she has to choose -- and keep the path box empty if no gs has been configured. -- Beste Gr??e Masin mailto:masin.al-dujaili at web.de Get my public key at / Besorge Dir meinen ?ffentlichen Schl?ssel unter http://www.de.pgp.net/pgpnet/wwwkeys.html (enter my e-mail address in search field) or http://wwwkeys.pgp.net:11371/pks/lookup?op=get&search=0x87183B1AD91E72C6 Software equipment / Softwareausstattung: Web-Browser: http://www.opera.com E-Mail-Client: http://www.ritlabs.com Firewall: http://www.sunbelt-software.com/Kerio.cfm Anti-Virus-Software: http://www.free-av.de B?ro-Software: http://de.openoffice.org No Microsoft Internet Explorer No Microsoft Outlook (Express) No Microsoft Office -------------- n?chster Teil -------------- Ein Dateianhang mit Bin?rdaten wurde abgetrennt...
