[Scribus] move by 1 pixel

I upgraded to 1.3.3.4 & no longer can move a 'frame' in tiny increments. 
Has it been changed? (I think it was ctr or alt + direction arrow) or 
lost to this upgrade. If so, bring it back PLEASE. Can't tell you how 
frustrating it is to move precisely without it.
