Jan, I just added a comment to the bug in launchpad. In short, I have updated "scribus" package to 1.3.3.8+cvs.... right after Etch was released few days ago. So, Ubuntu people can pull it in straight now. And, of course, up-to-date packages are in the Scribus Team's repository for dapper/edgy/feisty. Cheers, Alex.
