[Scribus] Scribus query

Good afternoon,

I have installed Scribus 1.3.3.9 on windows.
I have created a background image in my document. Whenever I open the
document, the background image created on the right master page is shifted
on the left master page. I have to adjust it again and again in the master
pages. What should I do to avoid this problem.
