Wouldn't it be useful to have a Wiki article on recommended workflows? Examples: 1. For RGB documents with photos (tipically for web viewing or laser printing): - recommended software for editing the photos - recommended export procedure and final format - recommend PDF generation options on Scribus 2. For CMYK documents with photos (tipically for offset printing) - recommended software for editing the photos - recommended export procedure and final format - recommend PDF generation options on Scribus 3. For documents with vector drawings: - supported drawing software - supported export procedures/formats - recommended PDF generation options on Scirbus A real life example for 2. with Scribus 1.3.3.x could be: Camera -> RGB JPG -> Edited RGB JPG (Photoshop) -> CMYK PSD (Photoshop) -> Scribus -> PDF (colour intended for Printer + Subset all fonts) It would be nice if we could write down some certified use cases.
