[Scribus] Another question - backgrounds

I have an image that I have used as a background in several Microsoft
and Acrobat applications - a small area of textured colour that gets
tiled to fill an entire area with a parchment-like effect. I was
wondering if there is a way to do the same thing in Scribus.
