[Scribus] Gill Sans font

All,

After an unprecedented disappointment from Gill Sans re v poor support of CE 
glyphs, I was wondering if anyone can point me to the OpenSource font which 
will be nearest graphically to expensive Gill.... and support CE glyphs?
