What John is talking about is 1.3.5svn, our current development branch. Once we've fixed the remaining bugs with that (still a lot at this time) we will release a development version "1.3.5".
Usually we don't use 1/1000 release numbers, except for our current stable branch "1.3.3.x", and if we find small but important fix after a 1/100 release.
