First I had to create /usr/share/scribus Then I executed: ln -s /usr/lib/scribus/dicts/ /usr/share/scribus/dicts Then I fired up a new instance of Scribus. Still no hyphenation dictionary. It is mentioned that the svn has cured the problem.
