[scribus] Vertical Scrolling moves the page to left

I just noticed in Scribus 1.3.5sv. Rapid scrolling up and down between vertical
items on
a page and between vertical pages with the mouse wheel and with <crtl up/down
arrow>,  that the whole document
moves to the left making it difficult to work on long columns of text spanning
vertical pages.
