Yep, I got you right, don't worry :-) No, there's no big difference here. I just tried it. Viewing the .ps file in KGhostView, some pages just stayed blank, others show only in parts, some appear normally. The pdf-way seems to be the best, and Kpdf does what it's supposed to do. So the only thing I've got to solve is the gray-value issue in the printer driver. But thanks anyway! Regards Rolf
