When I click on "Help" in scribus, it tells me I don't have the help file, even though I downloaded it and installed it. Likewise, when I click on "edit image," it tells me I don't have the Gimp loaded, which I do.
I gather from that that the help file and the Gimp need to be in
particular folders, or information on their locations needs to be input into
Scribus some way. How is that done?
